No, heading into the office is not always required, while there are always things that need to be done in person, we can help by phone or Zoom/Teams etc.

My matter is urgent, can you help quickly?

Yes. We're always available and regularly act on urgent matters and approaching court dates.

If we can't help you, we wont leave you out on your own, as we'll do our best to point you in the direction of someone in our network who can.

Over the years, I’ve appeared in every major court jurisdiction in Victoria and interstate, from the Magistrates’ and Children’s Courts through to the County Court, Supreme Court, and the Federal Circuit and Family Court.

My background spans senior roles across both the public and private sectors, giving me a deep understanding of how the system works - not just in theory, but in practice, behind the scenes, where real decisions are made and real families are affected.
